Refund policy

We hope you love your Hugga Babies, but if for some reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of damage, odors, and stains. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@huggababies.com with the following information:

-Order number

-Full name

-Item(s) being returned

-Reason for return

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you further return instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of return shipping to our warehouse unless otherwise specified.
